Mr Jestin kindly arranged a room upgrade, offering a clean and spacious room with friendly staff. the convenient location near a metro station and various dining options like Al Dente Italian Restaurant within walking distance added to the overall experience. the availability of ironing facilities, free toiletries, and a well-equipped kitchenette, including an electric kettle for tea, truly enhanced the comfort and convenience of my stay at Citadines.
